Hand over to State Migration Service:

Hand over the obtained documents to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, State Migration Service Department.

Granting of approval and obtaining the permit:

When your application for a temporary residence application is positively determined, you will also have a temporary residence permit

Required Documents

Conversion application period:

Application submission of form for temporary resident permit which can be downloaded from the state migration service’s authorized website.

Passport:

The period of a passport should also be at least 6 months.

Visa:

And a visa on a personal trip to the liberal cast country.

ID card:

Identification card for citizens of the republic of Azerbaijan.

Photographs:

2 pc in color passport size photograph of 3 x 4 cm.

Medical certificate:

A medical certificate stating your health condition.

Proof of economic activity:

Contract of employment or certificate of practice or letter of offer for studying.

Proof of residence:

Tenant agreement or owners permission letter verifying your residency and place of res.
